At the rear of the property is a big kitchen with small additional dining table. There is a large gas stove, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The house is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster and pot and pans etc. At the very back of the house is a shower room and toilet. This is tiled with white metro tiles and dark grout. The garden is large with a sunny, but untidy patio area. It is currently very overgrown! You would have access to the entire property.
