Typical ranch style layout- Sitting room upon entrance with large bay window that over looks tree canopy's.
My house offers ample natural light (windows in every room with house facing west for visible sunset), 2 separate living rooms, kitchen and dining room, master bedroom with private en suite bathroom, office/art studio, 0.3 of an acre fenced in yard with deck and grill, and beginning August 1, 2026, a full size basement and extra bedroom.
I am a Set Decorater, so I can always assist in creating sets for you!

I keep my house VERY clean and organized. In between bookings, all surfaces, bathrooms, and high touch surfaces are disinfected and wiped down.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
