This versatile 2,200-square-foot space comfortably accommodates up to 120 seated guests and is ideal for baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, family celebrations, corporate meetings, workshops, photo shoots, pop-up shops, and content creation. The open floor plan can easily be customized to fit your event, with plenty of room for dining, dancing, entertainment, or presentations. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and ice maker makes food and beverage service convenient, while two private restrooms provide added comfort for guests. Included with your booking are white resin chairs, round and rectangular tables, premium linens, table runners, Bluetooth speakers, a wireless microphone, a projector with screen, customizable backdrop arches, a champagne/treat wall, a mini candy cart, and a welcoming entry area perfect for photos. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, caterers, DJs, and decorators, allowing you to personalize your event exactly how you envision it. We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained space for every guest. The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, tables, chairs, and common areas. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and the venue is inspected before every event to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
