The rectangular space is driven by a large grassy area divide by concrete steps leading to a 12 by 12 gazebo. This grassy area has a perimeter of a variety of well managed succulent plants. The step pathway starts at a 15 by 48 feet patio with two large fans. The patio are can be used to serve food, a DJ, a dance floor, or set up with tables and chairs. The entire area can be used for kickbacks, birthday parties, bachelor or bridal shower, gender reveal, baby showers, or small family reunion. All tables and chairs are not included in this space. A plus to this space is a very large public grassy area across the street. It can be used for volleyball, football, kickball, catch, a kid play area, or just an extension of the main area at no extra cost.
