Before each booking, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all event spaces, restrooms, high-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and common areas. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and the venue is inspected to ensure it is ready for your guests.
After every event, the venue undergoes a comprehensive cleaning to prepare for the next celebration. We use professional-grade cleaning products and follow high standards of cleanliness to provide a fresh and inviting environment.
To help us maintain these standards, we ask guests to dispose of trash in the designated bins, remove personal belongings at the end of the event, and leave the venue in generally tidy condition. Our team handles the final deep cleaning, so you can focus on enjoying your special occasion.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
