Our Commitment to Cleanliness & Guest Safety At DRIP Content & Media House, we are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained environment for every guest. Our team follows a consistent cleaning and preparation process before and after each booking to ensure your experience meets the highest standards. Before Every Booking • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, including door handles, tables, countertops, light switches, seating, and frequently used studio equipment. • Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped as needed. • Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with essential supplies. • Furniture, props, and production areas are inspected and prepared for guest use. Studio & Production Spaces • Production furniture, sets, and frequently used equipment are cleaned between bookings. • The cyclorama (Cyc) wall is cleaned and touched up as needed to maintain a professional appearance for photography and video productions. • Common areas are refreshed to provide a welcoming environment for every guest. Guest Comfort • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility. • Cleaning supplies are available on-site if needed during your booking. • Our team routinely inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a high-quality guest experience. We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain the space by treating the studio, equipment, and furnishings with care so every creator enjoys the same exceptional experience.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
