Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests. Between every booking, our space undergoes a rigorous cleaning routine using EPA-approved disinfectants. We thoroughly sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, tables, remotes, and restroom fixtures. We build buffer times into our booking calendar to ensure the space is fully cleaned and aired out before your group arrives. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are readily available on-site for your convenience during your stay. We ask that any guests displaying symptoms of illness remain home and utilize our flexible rescheduling options.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
