Our Ironsbend venue located a few minutes away from Ironside is an exciting new development destination with entertainment, art, wellness, and hospitality components, secured parking, impact windows, high ceilings, and a fenced lot. Located within our facility there are two distinct spaces with a total square footage of 10,000; Bay 1 and Bay 2. These spaces can be leased together for larger events or utilized separately to accommodate different activities. Whether you require a single space for an intimate gathering or both bays for a grand event, Ironsbend offers the flexibility to meet your needs. The space is perfect for events, productions, exhibitions, and storage, offering adaptable layouts to suit any purpose.

Health and Safety Measures

Our professional cleaning service ensures that the space is kept clean, organized, and ready for your event. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness before, during, and after every booking, so you and your guests can enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Please note that a $300 cleaning fee applies. This fee covers cleaning services during the event (as needed) and a thorough post-event cleaning to restore the venue to its original condition.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
