Located in the highly film-friendly Wrigley area of Long Beach (90806), this single-family residential home is 100% vacant and completely unfurnished. Because there are no beds, couches, or heavy furniture to move, you have total creative freedom to build your own sets, bring in custom props, and map out complex camera tracks without the worry of damaging a host’s personal belongings. Whether you are shooting a music video, an indie film, a commercial, or a catalog photo shoot, this clean, empty space offers the ultimate flexibility. The Space & Features Total Empty Footprint: Spacious living area, dining zone, and multiple empty bedrooms. Natural Light: Large windows throughout the home provide beautiful, bright Southern California natural light all day long. Kitchen: A fully functional kitchen featuring all built-in appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven) remains intact and is available for your crew’s use or as a shooting set. Load-In: Easy, direct-access load-in from the driveway and front entrance. Parking: Ample street parking available directly in front of the property. Production Rules & Requirements (Please Read Before Booking) Permits: Long Beach is incredibly film-friendly, but all productions are solely responsible for pulling their own Special Events & Film Permits through the City of Long Beach and paying any associated city fees at least 3 business days prior to the shoot. Insurance (COI): We require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the property owner as "Additionally Insured" with a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, delivered to the host at least 72 hours before your booking begins. Property Protection: To preserve the hardwood floors, all heavy equipment, C-stands, and tripods must have tennis balls or rubber feet. Layout boards must be used in high-traffic equipment areas. Shed Exclusion: Please note that the roughly 20x20 foot enclosed storage shed located at the Southeast corner of the property is strictly locked, off-limits, and excluded from this rental. Host occasionally accesses this separate area with advance notice. Crew Size Limit: Our standard rate accommodates crews up to 15 people.
