Welcome to hillside Mount Washington. This space includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and outdoor area with views perfect for photo shoots, small creative sessions, and intimate gatherings. There are both inside and outside living areas. The inside is meant to be a cozy place to relax with a vinyl player, comfy couch, couples dining, and more. Outside, there is a large L-shaped sectional with a fire pit as well as outdoor dining table that can seat 6. At the top of the property you can get great views of Los Angeles. On a clear day you can see all the way to the Hollywood sign Furniture can be moved around easily if need be, great natural lighting for pictures (as long as it is returned to its original configuration before your departure).
