Phillips Residence is a 1905 Craftsman home and Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 551, reflecting the Arts & Crafts movement that defined early 20th century American residential design and the early residential history of West Adams. During Prohibition, the home was known as a private entertainment hub, with an attic stage used for live performances. With its signature handcrafted details, natural materials, and elegant integration of form and function, it represents a pinnacle of Craftsman architecture. Before each booking, we go through the property ourselves — sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors throughout the home so you can focus on your production from the moment you walk in. We take pride in the condition of this historic property and ask that all renters help us maintain that standard by following the cleaning guidelines outlined in the house rules. All trash must be removed and common areas left in the same condition as found at the start of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
