Our Cleaning Commitment
At Kelly Monique Studio, we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for every guest.
After each rental, the studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it is ready for the next session. Our cleaning process includes:
Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs, the makeup vanity, and shared equipment.
Sweeping and spot-cleaning floors as needed.
Emptying trash and replacing liners.
Restocking complimentary snacks, beverages, and studio essentials.
Inspecting and resetting furniture, props, and lighting equipment.
Checking seamless backdrops and replacing or trimming them when necessary.
Refreshing the dressing room and makeup area.
Performing a final walkthrough to ensure the studio is clean, organized, and client-ready.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
