Perfect For- Baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, rehearsal gatherings, holiday parties, graduation parties, and intimate dinners for up to 25 guests. The space also hosts workshops, pop-ups, team gatherings, and photo shoots beautifully. The Space- Approximately 1,000 square feet with distinct areas that flow together for a party or work as separate zones. The solarium is the crown jewel: a sun-drenched, plant-lined four-season room that makes an unforgettable backdrop for a dessert table, gift display, or golden-hour photos. It's the feature every hostess builds her event around. The Areas- The main collective space anchors the venue: two large farm tables plus café-style tables with seating for 20 to 24, and additional tables and folding chairs available as needed, so your layout can flex from seated shower to mingling party. The Island: a styled gathering table perfect for tablescapes, toasts, and shared meals. The private call room: ideal as a prep room, gift storage, or quiet retreat. The kitchenette: ready for your caterer, cake, and drinks. The drink bar beside the Island features a buffet area and an undercounter refrigerator, ready to serve as your beverage station, mimosa bar, or catering staging spot. The solarium: sun-filled, lush, and made for the moments you'll photograph. The covered porch: a rare outdoor option for mingling and warm-weather gatherings.
