The space was built in the 1920's as a garage in the historic district of uptown Kingston , NY. Over the past three years this 5,000 square foot open space has been completely renovated into a live work space that includes an indoor garden, offices, bedrooms, a small gym, and an artist studio. We are within walking distance to restaurants, fantastic bakeries and coffee shops. A ten minute drive, you can enjoy trails and the beauty of the Hudson Valley. The space is all white with an open layout (10 foot walls and 20 foot ceiling) with three skylights in the main space and three skylights in the upstairs bedroom. Apart from the front studio the space can be rented for events, meetings, photography and movie shoots. There are three large tables in the main space, each one can seat 8 people. There is also an indoor garden with a variety of trees and plants. The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a walk in pantry.
