There is a driveway that fits 1-2 cars and an extra wide residential street perfect for large equipment, trailers, trucks and vans. Inside you'll find multiple rooms to film, including kitchen, bedrooms and large Living room and den with lots of windows and a skylight in the den for natural light. Very open and minimalistic making it easy to transform to other types of spaces if needed. In addition to the primary bedroom, the house has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open backyard. The front yard has been completely redone with drought resistance plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds! Many of the bedrooms could be easily redressed to appear as a number of indoor spaces, giving you multiple locations built into one house. Permitting and parking in the area is extremely easy and there is no street cleaning days. Additional Info: Insurance is required for shoots of 20 people or more. Insurance for under 20 people is recommended. Parking and loading very easy and flexible. Plenty of space for gear and equipment in driveway behind gate near detached garage. No street cleaning days.
