Located right off the 405 near LAX, our 10,000 square foot studio offers fully customizable production spaces built for commercial and narrative works of any size. Whether you're filming a product shoot, a short film, photoshoot, feature film, or anything in between, our studio gives you the space and flexibility to bring your vision to life. Our studio features six distinct stages, each configurable to fit your specific shoot: - Our standing house set includes a kitchen set, dining area, front entrance, and living room. - Our practical bathroom set comes with a working shower, toilet, and sink. - Our three customizable stages (Stages A, B, & C), vary in size and have been dressed as bedrooms, home offices, living rooms, doctor's offices, dorm rooms, classrooms, and more. - Our cyc wall is excellent for product shoots, and has also been featured as an empty void backdrop for talking head interviews. - Our patio set includes brick-style wall panels and artificial turf that can be used to simulate exteriors. Your production will have a Site Rep who will go over our studio rules when you and your team arrive. They will stay onsite for the duration of the day for any questions. Painted Swiss Coffee. - Stage A is 24’ 4” wide. 12ft long. Painted Ultra Pure White - Stage B is 19’ 9” wide. 14’ long. Painted Mission White - Stage C is 15’ 7” wide. 14’ long. Painted Silence - Cyc is 18ft long by 11 wide. It’s 21ft diagonally. It’s shortest height is 8.5 feet while its tallest height is 11.5 feet. Painted i300 Interior Dead Flat - White Base. Prop Fee: Any props and furniture on our stages is included with your booking and free of charge! However, there is a flat fee of $500 if your production wishes to use additional props from our extended prop inventory. Adding the props fee will include the use of our seamless rolls. Painting/Repainting Fee: It costs $600 (per stage) for us to paint ahead of time and repaint. This price is for Stage A, Stage B, Stage C, the living room set, cyc wall, and bathroom set. Any other stages/areas will be a custom price. You must give us 72 hours notice. If your production wishes for their art team to paint ahead of your shoot day, please let us know. Using the cyc automatically comes with an additional $100 repainting fee for the floor. Cleaning Fee: Productions are expected to return all set dressing, furniture, and props to their original locations. Trash must be taken out. Production should mop, sweep, and/or vacuum any dirty surfaces, if necessary. Failure to do this will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Tours/Scouts: Contact us if you would like a tour/scout.
