KAYA comfortably accommodates up to 70 seated guests and features a bright, modern aesthetic that serves as the perfect blank canvas for any event style.
Your rental includes tables and chairs at no additional cost, with optional catering, décor, bartending coordination, serving staff, and event planning available through our preferred partner, OCYT.

Cleaning Process
At KAYA Studios, cleanliness and presentation are among our highest priorities. The venue is professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected before every booking to ensure it is spotless and guest-ready.
Our cleaning process includes:
* Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including tables, countertops, door handles, and restrooms.
* Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors.
* Cleaning and disinfecting the restroom(s).
* Wiping down all furniture and event surfaces.
* Emptying all trash receptacles and replacing liners.
* Inspecting the space to ensure it meets our quality standards before each guest arrives.
After every event, the venue is cleaned and reset to maintain the high standard our guests expect.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
