Front Lines runs a B2B podcast network that produces more than 100 shows, so this studio was designed by a team that understands what it takes to create consistently excellent content. Built for founders, executives, creators, and marketing teams, the studio gives you everything needed to produce polished, professional video without managing a production crew. Choose from two distinct sets, both pre-rigged with cinematic cameras, studio lighting, and broadcast-grade audio. An on-site operator runs the entire session from start to finish, including cameras, sound, lighting, and recording. You show up. You record. You do not need to bring a producer, engineer, or camera operator, although outside production teams are welcome. You do not even need to hit record. Our operator runs the room from start to finish so you can focus entirely on the conversation. ## Two distinct sets Your booking includes access to both studio sets, giving you the flexibility to create multiple visual formats during the same session. Use one set for a polished seated interview, then move to the second set for introductions, solo commentary, social content, additional segments, or a completely different visual tone. Both sets are pre-lit and production-ready. You can move between them without losing valuable studio time to major lighting or equipment changes. ## Cameras and video The studio supports a multi-angle workflow using up to four cinematic Sony Alpha cameras. The camera setup can accommodate solo recordings, one-on-one interviews, three-person conversations, and four-person roundtables. Our operator manages camera placement, framing, exposure, focus, and recording throughout your session. ## Broadcast audio Professional podcast microphones and broadcast-grade audio equipment are included with your booking. The room is prepared for clear, polished conversation recording, whether you are filming a podcast, executive interview, customer story, webinar, or company announcement. Audio is captured and synchronized with the camera footage for delivery after your session. ## Studio lighting Both sets are pre-rigged with professional studio lighting. The lighting is designed to create a polished, cinematic image while still feeling natural and comfortable for long-form conversations. Our operator prepares the lighting before recording and makes adjustments based on your group size, seating arrangement, and production needs. ## Remote guests Remote guests can join your session and be captured in broadcast quality. We keep the remote feed synchronized with the conversation taking place in the studio, creating a seamless recording even when participants are joining from different locations. Please message us before booking if your session will include a remote guest so we can prepare the appropriate workflow in advance. ## File delivery Multi-angle source files are delivered within 24 hours of your session. Your files include synchronized audio and color-corrected camera footage, ready for editing, publishing, or delivery to your internal content team. Because multi-camera video files can be large, delivery is completed through a secure cloud transfer. Guests are also welcome to bring an external SSD. Your studio booking covers production and capture. Full editing, transcripts, motion graphics, short-form clips, thumbnails, and distribution support may be available separately through the Front Lines Content Studio. ## Capacity The studio supports up to four people on camera, plus a small accompanying crew. Both sets work well for: • Solo hosts • One-on-one interviews • Three-person conversations • Four-person roundtables Please message us before booking if you expect a larger group, additional crew members, or a more complex production footprint. ## Location The Front Lines SoMa Studio is located in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. The exact address and arrival instructions are provided after your booking is confirmed. ## Booking minimum The minimum booking is two hours. Additional studio time may be added in 30-minute increments, subject to availability. Please account for arrival, recording, set changes, breaks, retakes, and any additional segments when choosing your booking length. ## What to send us before your session To help us prepare the studio, please send any relevant production information before your booking, including: • The number of people appearing on camera • Your preferred set or sets • Whether a remote guest will be joining • Your planned recording format • Any logos, graphics, or visual assets • Your desired seating arrangement • Any special audio or camera requirements The more we know ahead of time, the more efficiently your session can run. ## Additional production requests Please message us before booking if your shoot requires: • Additional camera or production operators • Live switching • Livestreaming • Custom set styling • Teleprompter support • Expanded remote guest production • Same-day file delivery • Full editing or post-production • Motion graphics or captions • Short-form social clips • Additional recording or storage requirements We will help confirm the appropriate setup and any additional production costs before your session. ## Outside producers and crews You are welcome to bring your own producer, director, engineer, or production team. Our studio operator will still be available to manage the in-house camera, audio, lighting, and recording systems unless another arrangement is confirmed before the booking. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring outside crew or additional equipment. ## Editing and post-production Standard studio sessions cover production and capture. Editing is not included in the standard studio rental. Full-service post-production may be available separately, including: • Full episode editing • Multicamera editing • Audio mixing and cleanup • Transcripts • Captions • Motion graphics • Branded introductions and outros • Short-form social clips • Publishing and distribution support Please message us for details before booking if you need a finished, publish-ready episode rather than source files. ## Cancellation policy Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking start time forfeit the session fee. Please arrive on time. Booked time includes arrival, setup, recording, breaks, file management, and departure.
