We take pride in providing a pristine, highly maintained outdoor venue for every single reservation. To ensure your event runs smoothly and comfortably, we follow a rigorous cleaning process between every booking:
High-Touch Surface Disinfection: Prior to your arrival, all frequently touched outdoor surfaces—including our custom bar counter, table surfaces, chair armrests, gate latches, and umbrella handles—are thoroughly sanitized with eco-friendly disinfectants.
Dedicated Guest Restroom: The indoor/outdoor guest restroom undergoes a deep clean, sanitization, and full restock of hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper before every event. Hand sanitizer is also provided at the bar area.
Grounds & Turf Care: The artificial turf lawn and flagstone patio are blown free of debris and rinsed down, ensuring a fresh, clean, and mud-free surface for your guests.
Buffer Time Between Events: We schedule mandatory buffer windows between bookings so our space is never rushed and is fully prepped, sanitized, and inspected before you step foot on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
