We've curated a loft-style space, intentionally crafted to spark connection and celebration. The main open area features polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, original artwork, and an abundance of plants, creating a welcoming backdrop for guests to gather. One of the space's most unique features is the roll-up garage door, which can be opened in pleasant weather to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience — perfect for mingling, fresh air, and natural light throughout your event. The space includes a comfortable lounge area, a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy, and a TV on a rolling stand with Apple TV for slideshows, photos, or playlists. Sonos speakers are also available to set the mood with music. Furniture can be rearranged to create a dining setup, lounge-style mingling area, or open space for dancing and activities: + 45 additional chairs + Twelve 2-by-4-foot folding tables + Flexible lounge and event furniture The small kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, and microwave for catering or dessert setup. Two bathrooms are available. A dedicated parking lot provides 20 spaces, with additional street parking available.
