The open layout is intentionally modular: furniture moves or clears entirely, so the same room works as a daylight photo set, a video or content shoot, an intimate 2–6 person meeting or offsite, or a calm, private space for coaching, consulting, and wellness sessions. You'll have the whole space to yourself, including a private bathroom, a full kitchen with range for craft services or styling, a desk and table seating, WiFi. Free additional parking is available at the public park directly behind the property. No metered street hunting, no garage validation.
