A 1954 tobacco barn on land once owned by Dolly Parton's parents — carefully renovated with wood reclaimed from other historic barns, and set in a private 13-acre wooded cove just outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park, minutes from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
THE SPACE
Outside: gray weathered timber, a gravel lane, open lawn, four ceremony arbors, a fire pit, and deep-woods backdrops with no visible neighbors. Inside: vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, chandeliers, and wall sconces — rustic character with a polished, climate-controlled finish. Out back, a patio with a stacked-stone fireplace and bistro lights that comes alive at golden hour.
PERFECT FOR
Photo and video shoots (morning light in the cove, sunset on the patio), birthday parties and showers, family reunions and celebrations of life, micro-weddings and elopements, corporate offsites and team dinners, workshops, and film/production work. The property is yours alone during your booking — no other groups, no strangers in the background of your photos.
LAYOUT
The main hall seats up to 120 with room for dining, dancing, or presentations. Two private dressing rooms work as prep space, wardrobe, or green rooms. The covered patio and lawn extend the space outdoors, with three patio heaters for cool evenings. Three restrooms on site.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING
Tables and chairs for up to 120, serving tables, AV hookup for music and presentations, WiFi, and climate control. Free on-site parking for 50 vehicles with easy load-in — trucks and trailers welcome.
GOOD TO KNOW
