Guests enjoy complimentary onsite parking, kitchen access, tables, chairs, televisions, Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a clean, modern atmosphere that can be transformed to match your vision. Please note: The exterior building sign currently displays “Yummies Cafe” while we complete our transition to Social 85 Event Venue. Your booking and destination are correct, and the interior operates as Social 85 Event Venue. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, hosting a business event, or producing creative content, our space offers a stylish and welcoming setting to bring your vision to life.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces, tables, counters, restrooms, and common areas are disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and the space is reset to ensure every guest arrives to a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
