A vast 26,000-square-foot timber warehouse at the Port of Los Angeles, built for large-scale film, photo, commercial, music-video, performance and constructed-set work. The largely open interior offers long sightlines, aged timber posts and trusses, dark plank walls, a worn concrete floor and approximately 20- to 25-foot ceilings.
Existing bistro lights, fabric draping, industrial fixtures, colored uplights and high daylight openings add atmosphere without hiding the raw warehouse character. Giant barn/loading doors and a reported rear loading dock with ramp can support substantial production logistics, subject to access and measurement approval.
The space may be requested seven days a week at any hour, with Monday through Thursday preferred. Weekend bookings are reviewed according to crew size, vehicles and the activity elsewhere on the property. Overnight use requires onsite security.
The base rental covers only the approved warehouse footprint. Exterior areas, parking or basecamp, adjacent tenant spaces, the marketplace, bar and other parts of the property are not included unless named in writing. Restrooms, power, rigging, vehicle access, current contents and any clearing or reset plan are confirmed for each booking.
