Welcome to a private creative studio in East Point, conveniently located near Atlanta. Ideal for recording artists, music producers, engineers, podcasters, voiceover artists, and content creators. The studio features a main control room with a production workstation, available recording equipment, comfortable built-in seating, multiple displays, creative accent lighting, and a separate private vocal booth. The flexible environment can be used for music recording, production sessions, podcasting, voiceovers, artist interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, social media content, and select photo or video projects. Use of the available studio equipment is included in the booking price. Guests may bring compatible personal equipment if approved by the host in advance. Please contact the host before booking if your project requires a particular microphone, interface, software program, engineer, or other specialized equipment. The space also includes: • Private vocal booth • Recording and production equipment • Studio monitors and headphones • Computer workstation • Comfortable seating for artists and collaborators • Wi-Fi • Air conditioning • Restroom access • Approximately 10 on-site parking spaces reserved for the booking The studio is offered primarily as a full-day rental at $250 for up to 12 hours. Monthly rental arrangements may also be available upon request. Food and beverages must be kept away from all computers, microphones, consoles, and other studio equipment. Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Smoking is permitted in accordance with the host’s designated rules and approved areas. All booking time must include setup, recording, cleanup, and departure. For security, cameras monitor the front and rear exterior areas and the building’s entrances and exits. There are no cameras inside the private studio suite, vocal booth, restroom, or other private-use areas.
