Health and Safety Measures
\We want every guest to enjoy TheNursery Garden at its best. Please leave the space clean, organized, and in the same general condition in which you found it.
Before leaving, please:
-Place all trash and food waste in the designated trash receptacles.
-Remove all personal belongings, decorations, signage, and event materials.
-Return tables, chairs, and approved furniture to their original locations.
-Wipe down any tables, counters, or surfaces used during your booking.
-Clean up any food or beverage spills immediately.
-Do not leave food, drinks, or catering supplies behind.
-Keep all plants, landscaping, and garden features free of trash and debris.
-Check the space and surrounding areas for small items, decorations, and personal belongings.
-Dispose of all approved event materials properly.
-Ensure all guests and vendors have exited the property by the end of the reservation.
Please note: Standard cleanup is expected as part of your booking. Excessive cleaning, removal of abandoned items, landscaping cleanup, or damage caused by an event may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
