The property offers a peaceful, private setting with plenty of space to create a variety of looks and scenes without the limitations of a traditional studio. Perfect for photographers, content creators, maternity and family sessions, couples, branding shoots, graduation photos, fashion/editorial photography, and other creative projects. Whether you need a simple outdoor backdrop or room to create an entire visual concept, this property gives you the space and privacy to bring your vision to life. Restroom Access At this time, public restroom facilities are not available on the property. We’re excited to be adding restroom accommodations soon! Golf Cart Rental Available Want to make getting around the property a little easier? Golf cart rental is available as an optional add-on during your booking for an additional fee.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest. Before each reservation, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset, including high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, floors, seating areas, and commonly used amenities. We also inspect the space after each guest leaves to make sure everything is in order and ready for the next visit. Our goal is simple: when you arrive, you should be able to relax and enjoy the space without having to worry about the cleanup. We kindly ask guests to leave the space in the same general condition they found it so we can continue providing a great experience for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
