Your experience starts with a clean, professionally prepared space. The condo is cleaned and reset before each booking to ensure that photographers, videographers, production teams, and their clients arrive to a fresh and welcoming environment. Our cleaning process includes: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of commonly used areas Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, countertops, and floors Fresh linens and properly prepared guest areas when applicable Wiping down frequently touched surfaces Removing trash and resetting the space Checking the space after each booking for cleanliness and condition Preparing the condo so it is photo- and production-ready for the next guest We ask all guests to leave the space in the same general condition in which they found it. Please dispose of trash properly, clean up food and beverages, and return furniture or décor that has been moved for production. For larger productions, additional cleaning or restoration fees may apply depending on the size of the crew and the scope of the project.
