Welcome to our 2,000 sqft sun-soaked designer corner loft in Brooklyn, NY! We are a creative, full-service photo/video studio specializing in commercial photography, editorial portraiture, product photography, and food photography. Our unique space features an open, fully-functional bathroom set in a Mediterranean style, 14-ft ceilings, polished concrete floors, massive east and south-facing windows, one-of-a-kind designer furniture, fine art, an award-winning vintage motorcycle, conference table, and vanity/hair/makeup area. We have worked some of the industry's top production companies and brands such as Nike, Google, TikTok, Hypebeast, Vox, Complex, UPS, Squarespace, Interview Magazine, and have shared our space with professional athletes, A-list actors and directors, Grammy Award-winning musicians, and TV personalities. Windows: Our loft has over 70 linear feet of 10 ft tall south and east-facing windows, providing gorgeous morning and afternoon light. Bathroom Stage: Our fully-functioning bathroom stage was designed and custom built just for our clients needs. Featuring a Mediterannean design with venetian plaster finishing, complete with a standing shellstone shower with rainhead and product alcove, reclaimed wood shelving, vintage ceramics, oiled-bronze fixtures, and adorned with meticulously cared for plants. We cater to commercial productions that require a shootable bathroom, with enough space for equipment and crew, and easy access to natural light. Lifestyle Set: In the opposite corner we have dressed a lifestyle set with one-of-a-kind vintage and designer furniture, speakers, plants, and books. Close by is a hand-built, award-winning restored 1972 Honda CB350F motorcyle. Conference Area: We've reserved an area for clients to sit at our custom-built steel and wood 10' x 4.5' conference table, complete with designer seating and gigabit speed wifi. Production Needs: Our studio features a vanity for hair and makeup, two heavy-duty rolling wardrobe racks, full-length mirror, and plenty of spare folding tables and chairs for your production. Props/ EQ: We have a variety of unique props, both on-site and available for rent, as well as photo and video equipment avialble for rent. Accessibility: The studio is on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs. We can operate the building's freight elevator for productions, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk. For larger productions, we have a loading dock with a seperate freight elevator for a faster load-in. Does your production have a larger footprint?
