Cleaning Policy We want every guest to enjoy a clean, welcoming space - and we ask that you leave it the same way you found it. The following is required before departure: General All personal belongings, equipment, and décor must be removed from the space All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash area Furniture must be returned to its original arrangement (reference photos are provided at check-in) All lights, fans, and electronics must be turned off before leaving Kitchen/Catering (if applicable) All dishes, utensils, and cookware must be washed and returned to their original location Sink and counters must be wiped clean Any spills on floors, appliances, or surfaces must be cleaned up All food waste must be disposed of properly - nothing left in the refrigerator unless prior arrangements have been made Bathrooms Must be left in the same condition as found Please notify us immediately if supplies run out during your event What We Handle Professional deep cleaning between bookings is managed by us and is not the guest's responsibility - we simply ask that you tidy up after yourselves Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee is included in your booking. However, if the space is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use - including glitter, confetti, wax, heavy food mess, or rearranged/damaged items - an additional cleaning charge of $250 will be deducted from your security deposit. Repeated or severe violations may result in a damage claim. Documentation We photograph the space before every booking. Guests are encouraged to do the same upon arrival and to notify us immediately of any pre-existing damage or cleanliness concerns.
