Health and Safety Measures
Our space is professionally cleaned and reset between bookings to ensure every guest arrives to a fresh, welcoming environment. High-touch surfaces are wiped down, floors are cleaned as needed, washrooms are refreshed, garbage is removed, and shared areas are inspected before the next reservation. We also make sure furniture and key amenities are returned to their proper setup so the space is ready for your event or production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
