Positioned on the 6th floor with expansive 11-foot ceilings, this 700 sq. ft. all-white studio features floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls that flood the interior with continuous natural light, complete with shades for easy glare reduction during screenings or presentations. The Space & Seating Capacity: Up to 25 seated guests. Seating: 25 mobile all-in-one tablet desk chairs that easily rearrange into traditional lecture rows, collaborative pods, or an open discussion circle. Presenter Station: VariDesk adjustable standing desk paired with an ergonomic executive chair. Included Amenities & Tech High-definition tabletop projector with simple plug-and-play laptop connectivity. Large magnetic glass dry-erase whiteboard with markers for lectures and brainstorming. Latest-model HP Color LaserJet wireless printer on-site for fast handouts and agendas. Fast commercial-grade Wi-Fi for multi-device workloads and video calls. Convenient elevator access in a secure Midtown commercial building. Host Rules Setup & Wrap-Up: Please ensure your reserved timeframe accounts for your own setup and breakdown. Layout: Feel free to configure the 25 tablet chairs as needed; we kindly ask that you return them to the default classroom layout before departure. Wall Care: All notes and presentations must go on the glass whiteboard—no tape, tacks, or adhesives on the walls, please. Food & Drink: Boxed lunches, coffee, and light snacks are welcome. Please place all disposables in the provided trash bins before checking out. Building Respect: Normal presentation and meeting volumes are welcome. Please keep hallway noise minimal. The building is strictly smoke-free. Creative Uses: For photo or video sessions, please note that glitter, body paint, and open set construction are prohibited.

To ensure a spotless, professional environment for every reservation, our team completes a full turnover and sanitization checklist between every booking: High-Touch Surface Disinfection: All 25 tablet desktops, chair armrests, the VariDesk presenter station, light switches, and door handles are thoroughly sanitized with commercial-grade multi-surface disinfectant. Whiteboard Detailing: The glass whiteboard is cleaned with specialized glass dry-erase cleaner, erasing ghosting and leaving a crystal-clear surface for the next team. Floor Care: Hard floors are swept and mopped between groups to keep the all-white aesthetic pristine, dust-free, and scuff-free. Tech & Gear Reset: The projector lens and table, HDMI cables, executive chair, and HP LaserJet printer exterior are wiped down, checked, and neatly coiled/aligned for plug-and-play use. Trash & Linen Freshness: All trash and recycling receptacles are emptied, disinfected, and relined with fresh bags. Air & Light Check: The space is inspected for natural light flow, window shades are reset evenly, and air circulation is verified so the room feels fresh and ready the moment you walk in.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
