The main room has bright white painted timber trusses, vaulted plank ceilings roughly 22' at the peak, and a row of large skylights that give strong natural light throughout the day. Beyond the main open area there are several separate vintage windowed rooms and a mezzanine overlooking the space — useful for hair and makeup, wardrobe, gear storage, a green room, or splitting an event across zones. Built-in wood platforms work as stages or set areas. The glass roll-up door is large enough to drive a van or food truck directly inside, which makes load-in simple and opens up catering options most spaces can't offer. The building has modern A/C and heat, and plenty of power for production lighting and event setups. Works well for photo and video shoots, company parties and offsites, film screenings, birthdays, and private events. Bring your own catering — no exclusive vendors.
