The space has welcomed locals, sports fans, veterans, happy-hour regulars, and neighborhood characters for years. Recently renovated while maintaining its authentic character, the bar features a custom Redwood bar top, full back bar, high-top seating, warm finishes, and the details of a real working neighborhood cocktail bar — providing a ready-made setting for photo, film, and content production. ____________________________________________ THE SPACE This rental includes private use of our indoor Bar and Dining Area for photo, video, film, and content production. Although the venue normally accommodates up to 40 guests, production bookings are limited to **20 cast and crew members** to provide adequate working space for cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and production needs. One of our venue staff member will be on-site during your booking to provide access, supervise the space, and assist with venue-related questions. Lighting throughout the venue can be adjusted for brightness and color to help create different moods and backgrounds. Productions are welcome to bring additional continuous lighting, flashes, stands, modifiers, cameras, and other standard production equipment. Nothing may be permanently attached, drilled, screwed, painted, or otherwise affixed to the building. ____________________________________________ LOAD-IN & SETUP Your reserved booking period should include the time required for load-in, setup, production, breakdown, and load-out. Productions requiring substantial equipment or setup are encouraged to allow adequate setup and breakdown time when booking. Please contact us in advance regarding unusually large equipment, set pieces, deliveries, or special load-in requirements. ____________________________________________ THIRD PARTY ACCOMMODATIONS We will do our best to accommodate the needs of your production team and third-party vendors. ____________________________________________ CONVENIENCE TO THE CREW Our venue is conveniently located in a neighborhood plaza with both parking-lot and street parking.
