Our space is a warm, design-forward home featuring a beautiful modern organic kitchen, adjoining dining room, and a bright A-frame loft filled with natural light. These are the primary areas included in the booking, along with access to a guest bathroom. The space works especially well for photo and video shoots, branding sessions, lifestyle content, food and product photography, small workshops, yoga or wellness gatherings, and other intimate creative uses. The kitchen is a standout feature, with warm wood cabinetry, dark tile, stainless steel appliances, exposed ceiling beams, a large island, and plenty of visual interest for editorial, lifestyle, cooking, and product content. The adjoining dining room provides an additional styled setting for table scenes, family imagery, brand content, or small seated gatherings. Upstairs, the loft offers a completely different look. It features dramatic A-frame ceilings, exposed beams, light wood floors, large windows, and an open layout that can be adapted for photography setups, yoga, movement sessions, workshops, or small group gatherings. One of the biggest benefits of the space is the ability to create several different looks within one booking. Guests can move between the warm, styled kitchen and dining area and the more minimal, light-filled loft. Unique features include the A-frame architecture, exposed wood beams, abundant natural light, a photogenic kitchen, flexible open loft space, guest bathroom access, and ample parking near the home. At this time, the booking includes the kitchen, dining room, loft, and guest bathroom only. Other areas of the home are private and are not included in the rental.
