Some rooms need decorating. This one arrives finished.
Crystal chandeliers hang over 3,600 square feet of dark hardwood, under ceilings tall enough to keep 120 guests feeling unhurried. The main hall opens flat and unobstructed, so you can set it for a seated dinner, clear it for a standing reception, or strike it bare for a shoot.
A separate private dining room sits off the main floor: board meetings, a VIP table, or a quiet breakout while the reception carries on next door. A full projection wall handles keynotes, sizzle reels, and branded backdrops. The lounge gives guests somewhere to land between moments.
The practical side, because it matters on the day. There is a working kitchen, in-house catering if you want it and your own team if you don't, a house PA with room to plug in your DJ, a hair and makeup area, and street-level wheelchair access.
Galas and wedding receptions, brand launches and press days, editorial shoots and panel nights. The room changes character with the lighting and takes on whatever you bring to it.
