Welcome to Yaya’s Showroom, an intimate 850-square-foot event venue featuring exposed brick, rustic barn doors and warm café lighting. The space offers a stylish, versatile setting that can be transformed for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, intimate receptions, repasts, graduation celebrations, dinners and other private gatherings. Your venue rental includes: • 7 tables with your choice of 60-inch rounds or 6-foot rectangles • 40 garden chairs • Bluetooth speaker • Air conditioning and heat • Bar area with sink The showroom accommodates up to 40 seated guests and 45 to 50 guests for a standing or cocktail-style gathering. Decorations shown in the listing photos are not included with the venue rental. Custom décor, balloons, backdrops, upgraded chairs, linens and signage may be added upon request. All setup, event time and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time.
