An intimate 304-square-foot creative studio in Downtown Los Angeles for small private gatherings, music listening sessions, and creative events. Maximum capacity: 15 people, including guests and crew. The colorful kitchen-inspired set brings together music-focused décor, artwork, and an arcade machine for a distinctive setting with its own personality. This is a dedicated studio, not a residence. The kitchen-inspired backdrop is a permanent creative set, not a functioning kitchen. The studio offers Wi-Fi, nearby restrooms, and elevator access. DJ equipment, livestreaming, projection, and other optional services are available through the add-ons; review pricing and inclusions before booking. Furniture, décor, props, the arcade machine, and equipment must remain in their designated locations and must not be moved, disconnected, or removed. Setup and breakdown must take place within the booked time.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every booking. High touch surfaces, DJ equipment areas, furniture, counters, and common areas are cleaned between each guest to keep the space fresh and ready for the next session.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
