Fort Lauderdale-area automotive photo and video studio for premium, small-team productions. This 3,000 sq ft Oakland Park warehouse has a large white cyc wall, contrasting black wall, custom hex LED ceiling lighting, glossy epoxy floors, 18-foot ceilings, and street-level large-vehicle access. Built for automotive photography and videography, commercial shoots, music videos, fashion campaigns, luxury content, branded social content, interviews, and product shoots. The white and black shooting zones create multiple cinematic looks within one booking. A luxury vehicle is available as a paid stationary photo/video-prop add-on. Bentley, BMW M4, and other luxury vehicles may be available; current make, model, quantity, availability, and pricing are confirmed in advance. Vehicle use is not included in the studio rental. Professional productions and small creative teams only. Maximum 6 people unless approved in advance. No parties, receptions, social events, or large groups. The warehouse is not air-conditioned; industrial fans are provided.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
