About the Space
A tropical paradise and a party scene delight! Huge single story (no steps) with a gourmet granite kitchen, large family room, and huge outdoor tropical pool area. The multiple french doors thru-out the living room look out to lush greenery and palm trees. An inviting Pebble Sheen pool with a waterfall and slide and a built-in BBQ make this a great location for filming party scenes for music videos, commercials, short films or feature films. Has plenty of street parking nearby.
