There are 2 bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms. NOTE: The bedrooms are NOT included in the rental, but can be added for an additional fee. The bathrooms are included and are guest bathrooms. Your rental includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, first-floor guest bathroom, second-floor guest bathroom, and the entire outdoor area. The main floor features a waterfall-island kitchen, a living room with a star lit ceiling, a built-in fireplace, and glass walls that slide fully open to the pool deck. NOTE: The pool and jacuzzi are NOT included in the rental for use, but can be added for an additional fee. Outside: a turfed courtyard with lounge seating, a dining area, a fire feature, and a full outdoor movie screen with a projector. Large 5-6 car driveway on-site. The space is professionally cleaned before every booking to ensure it's spotless for your shoot or event. All surfaces, including the kitchen, living area, and furniture, are wiped down and sanitized, with special attention to high-touch areas like countertops, door handles, and light switches. The pool and spa are maintained and checked prior to each booking to ensure clean, clear water. After your booking, the space is cleaned again before the next guest arrives, so you're always walking into a fresh, ready-to-shoot environment.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
