A bright, welcoming creative studio offering a flexible setting for photography, video production, content creation, and creative projects. Located in Raritan, NJ, just minutes from downtown Somerville, the space provides an approachable environment for bringing your visual concepts to life.
The studio features 10 mobile drafting tables and 10 rolling chairs, which can be rearranged or moved aside to accommodate different production setups, creative activities, and space requirements.
Whether you're filming social media content, capturing photography, producing creative video, or developing a visual project, the studio offers a versatile backdrop that can be adapted to your needs.

Entry & Waiting Area: An inviting entry room featuring a loveseat-sized chair, providing a comfortable space for welcoming guests or taking breaks.
Storage & Prep Room: A separate room with a sink, cabinets, and mini fridge, offering additional space for preparation, storage, or production needs.
Bathroom: A conveniently located bathroom within the studio.

Double-door entry: Wide double doors provide convenient access for guests, equipment, and event materials.
Wheelchair ramp: A ramp can be installed at the entrance upon request in advance.
Sidewalk frontage: Sidewalk space directly in front of the storefront provides a convenient arrival area for guests.

Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned and reset between bookings. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected, and supplies are refreshed as needed. Guests are provided with cleaning supplies for use during their booking. We ask guests to leave the space in good condition and dispose of any waste before departure.
Please note: This is an active art studio. Some normal signs of creative activity, such as paint marks or minor wear on studio surfaces, may be present.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
