Casa Bungalow is a 1917 Craftsman on a quiet residential street in Lower Abbot Kinney, Venice. The whole house is available for photo shoots, video productions, interviews and small creative gatherings of up to 12 people. Skylights, shuttered windows and a central atrium give it warm natural light all day. THE SETS The sunroom is our hero room. Its wall of French doors comes off entirely, so the room opens straight onto the deck for indoor-outdoor shots. Wood beams, skylights, a large sectional and plenty of plants. The living and dining room has a round wood dining table, a gallery wall of colorful paintings, a vintage standing piano and a bookshelf corner. The reading nook has a built-in daybed under a wood ceiling and a large window, good for close-ups, interviews and lifestyle scenes. The bathroom has its original clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and wood paneling, and works well for beauty, skincare and bath scenes. The kitchen has a large granite island, gas range and skylight, set up for cooking and food content. Outside, a partially covered deck with a hammock, gas BBQ, and outdoor dining area.
