Guests may rent either space individually or reserve the entire venue for a complete takeover. THE LOUNGE An intimate, red-lit space with a full-service bar, built-in seating, striking custom murals, ambient lighting, and its own distinct atmosphere. The Lounge offers the energy and visual character of Miami nightlife in a more intimate footprint, making it ideal for: • Private parties and celebrations • Birthday events • Cocktail receptions • Bachelor and bachelorette parties • Listening parties • Brand activations • Content creation and photo shoots • Music videos and film productions • Intimate corporate and industry events For smaller gatherings and productions, the Lounge offers a private, self-contained environment without requiring a full-venue rental. THE CLUB For larger events and productions, the Club offers the full nightlife experience, including multiple VIP areas, bar service, stages, a DJ booth, sound system, private areas, and a variety of distinct backdrops throughout the space. The Club is well suited for: • Large private events • Music videos and film productions • Release and listening parties • Birthday celebrations • Bachelor and bachelorette parties • Brand activations • Photo and content shoots • Entertainment and nightlife events FULL VENUE TAKEOVER For larger productions and events, guests may reserve both the Lounge and Club, providing access to multiple environments and distinct visual settings within a single location. BAR & VENUE SERVICES We’ll handle the bar so you can focus on enjoying your event. Our full-service bar is operated by our in-house team of bartenders and bottle-service staff, offering a selection of liquor, spirits, and wine for guests 21 and older. Bar service may be structured as either: • Open Bar: Prepaid prior to the event or tallied at the conclusion of the event • Cash Bar: Guests purchase drinks and bottles individually throughout the event All bottles and alcoholic beverages are subject to separate venue pricing and are not included in the base rental rate.
