A real Wallingford neighborhood bar and its adjoining food space, with a Pacific Northwest maritime look built over years, not dressed for a set. Wood, rope, buoys, sea curiosities, colored lights, a long bar, cozy booths, a pool room, and a stage/dance floor give productions several distinct Seattle looks under one roof. The full building is approximately 3,860 sq ft and works for film and TV scenes, commercials, music videos, and editorial or brand photography.
The whole building is available for pre-opening production from 6 a.m.–3 p.m. We pause daytime food service for an accepted booking. There is a three-hour minimum, and your booking must cover first crew arrival, load-in, setup, filming, strike, and final departure. Everyone and everything must be out by 3 p.m.
Send your crew count, equipment list, rooms or looks, and sound and power needs before booking so we can confirm the plan. The interior is included; use of kitchen equipment, patios, exterior areas, or public sidewalk requires advance approval.
