The Keynote Room is the flagship space at Hartwater Hall, a meeting and event venue in the heart of McKinney, Texas. It seats 35 at training tables with full workspace and holds 50 total with an added back row. The room was designed from the start for corporate training, workshops, seminars, and paid courses, with a proper stage area and clear sightlines from every seat.
Seats 35 at Tables, 50 Total
Presentation-style rows of training tables seat 35 with full workspace for laptops, notes, and materials. An additional back row of chairs brings total capacity to 50. Every seat has plug-ins within reach. Attendees keep laptops charged through a full training day with no cord-sharing and no wall-hunting during breaks.
Built-In 4k Broadcast Cameras
The Keynote Room includes an overhead mounted PTZ display camera wired for streaming, recording, and broadcasting. It captures the presenter and stage cleanly for your remote audience, your archive, or your marketing team. It also includes a second PTZ camera mounted directly above the stage and aimed downward for close-up technical display.
Professional Wireless Microphones and Room Sound
The Keynote Room is wired for sound with professional-grade wireless microphones. Presenters move freely, panelists pass a mic without feedback, and the system carries evenly to the back row. Recordings pick up the same clean audio feed.
OLED Displays Visible from Every Seat
High-resolution OLED displays carry slides, video, and live camera feeds to the whole room. Content stays crisp from the front row to the back.
Breakout Room
A breakout room directly off the main room comes with every rental, set with two round tables, a TV display, and a whiteboard for up to 10 people. Split the class for exercises, run side conversations, or give facilitators a place to regroup without leaving the building.
Green Room
Presenters get a private green room with comfortable seating, mirrors, a vanity desk, and preparation amenities. Speakers arrive, prepare, and step out to a ready room. For paid courses and speaker events, it is the difference between a rented room and a produced event.
Detached Kitchen
An adjacent kitchen with a sink, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and counter space serves as a prep and staging area, and catering and cocktail tables are provided in the main room.
Enterprise-Grade Connectivity
Gigabit Wi-Fi, up to 1,000 Mbps for both upload and download, supports a full room of connected devices and a livestream at the same time.
