With large windows encompassing the space, there is ample natural lighting and views of Tonkin Park. A back storage area is equipped with one accessible gender neutral restroom, as well as cleaning supplies available to use. This space can be rented for private events, or staffed if renters are looking to include a tea service in their event. Pre-made teas are $35 per airpot, and tea tastings range from $150 - $200 depending on tea selection. Enjoy three couches, two beanbag chairs, and up to 40 seats. One large table can comfortably seat 8, and our wooden bars lining the south-facing windows are great to display catered food or potlatch-style offerings. No alcohol permitted in this space.
