Perfectly tailored for corporate retreats, board meetings, team-building workshops, and presentation sessions, this spacious 1,200 sq. ft. home provides a quiet, professional environment designed to maximize focus and creativity. Indoor Collaborative Spaces & Seating: Our flexible layout provides comfortable, distinct areas to accommodate your group throughout the day: Main Workshop Hub: The dining table seats 7 comfortably, plus 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter (10 total table seats). Main Living Room Lounge: Features a large spacious sectional sofa ideal for relaxed group brainstorming or presentation viewing. Game Room Lounge/Breakout: Includes an additional full-sized sofa, creating a fantastic secondary collaborative zone or phone lounge. Dedicated Office Nook: Located in the Reading Room, complete with a desk and computer chair. Additional Seating (Indoor/Outdoor): We have 5 extra premium folding chairs available on-site that can be used to expand your presentation layout indoors or set up on the patio for fresh-air breakout sessions. For a flat $30 Seating Setup Fee (selectable via our Host Add-ons section), we will happily pull out, sanitize, and configure these 5 extra chairs to match your team's specific meeting flow before you arrive. Team Building & Decompression Breaks (Included upon request): Give your team a fun, built-in way to reset between intense meeting sessions! Guests enjoy complimentary access to our indoor Game Room, featuring a premium foosball table and an air hockey table. Upon advance request (advanced request means giving us at least 3 days notice), we will happily provide our classic outdoor yard games for the fully fenced backyard—including Cornhole and Giant Jenga—as well as a curated selection of popular board games for indoor icebreakers and casual team bonding. You can also head out to the private backyard, where we provide classic outdoor yard games including Cornhole and Giant Jenga (games must be requested at least 3 days prior to your reservation )—perfect for icebreakers, low-impact team-building activities, and casual networking. Technology & Amenities Included: High-Speed Connectivity: Enjoy lightning-fast Wi-Fi speeds up to 600 Mbps, perfect for video conferencing, live streaming, or heavy file sharing. A/V Presentation Ready: One 70'' Smart TV is mounted in the common area for seamless wireless screen casting plus another T.V in the game room. Full Kitchen Access: Utilize our fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave). We provide a Keurig machine for quick single cups, as well as a standard regular drip coffee maker (perfect for brewing larger pots—please note: guests must bring their own coffee grounds if utilizing the regular drip maker). Restroom Access: Access includes 1 spotless, fully stocked central hallway restroom. Outdoor Oasis & Breaks: Step out into our private, fully fenced backyard featuring a comfortable patio dining set. It is the perfect serene environment for refreshing outdoor lunch breaks or afternoon coffee chats overlooking the beautiful greens. Private Driveway Parking: Our private driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles comfortably. Please note that neighborhood street parking is strictly prohibited, so we highly recommend carpooling or utilizing rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) for your team. Access, Boundaries, & Privacy Disclaimers: Locked Areas: To keep your meeting organized and maintain property cleanliness, all bedrooms (3 total), the primary master ensuite bathroom, and the garage are strictly locked and off-limits during standard bookings. (Bedrooms and second restroom access can be unlocked for an additional fee via our Host Add-ons). Golf Course View Only: While the property sits directly on the scenic Colony West Golf Course, physical access to the course facilities, playing on the greens, or booking tee times is not included with this rental and must be handled independently through golf course management. Active Security: For guest safety, active exterior security cameras monitor the front driveway/doorbell and the rear backyard/patio areas (video and audio recording). There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house.
