This listing is a backyard space available for outdoor filming or photo shoots. The yard is a ocean blueish paver stone L shaped yard bordered by a 4ft high white vinyl fence with solar dusk light top caps. The yard on its longest sides is 38ft x 37ft and its shortest sides it's 13’ x 23' for a total sqft of 1,120sqft. A portion of the yard is high quality realistic artificial grass. This grass portion is a 14ft x 16ft section at the far corner of the yard. Full yard of modular furniture that can be reconfigured dozens of ways and able to accommodate up to 24 persons for dining, 20 pieces of casual seating and two lounge chairs for a total of 46. There are 10 portable rechargeable lights to provide accent lighting during evening shoots consisting of 4 floor lamps and 6 table top lamps. The yard decor is totally modular from all furnishings to the potted artificial bamboo plants that boarder the public edges of the yard to provide a little visual obstruction for privacy.
