The studio includes a full drum kit, guitars, keyboard/piano, microphones, studio monitors, and a dedicated control/recording area. The versatile space is ideal for music recording, rehearsals, songwriting, voice work, auditions, self-tapes, content creation, and small creative productions. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, West Green Studio provides a comfortable, controlled environment for artists, performers, creators, and production teams. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable $57/hr building fee is charged separately from the space rental price and applies in addition to your booking. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable Visloft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with Visloft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
